The B4632 Campden Road is already congested, and additional construction traffic will worsen delays and road conditions. The local infrastructure cannot support further housing, and increased traffic will strain the limited River Avon crossings, many of which are historic and prone to closures. Diversions are limited, risking gridlock, especially in Stratford-upon-Avon. The area has already faced overdevelopment with Meon Vale and Meon Way Gardens. Without major rail investment, traffic will rise between the site and Honeybourne, overloading minor, flood-prone roads through residential areas. An alternative site should be considered to prevent severe transport and infrastructure issues.
