While I Understand that new settlement locations are required, B1 would be unsuitable as a location. Lack of infrastructure is a big issue. This location necessitates a commute to cities, which are not easily accessible without causing major disruption (as evident by the relatively small works for Union View this last year).

B1 is also on Green Belt land, there is plenty of non green belt land with more suitable links to transportation.

This development would also destroy the rural communities that have been so supportive of the county council and which this plan is ironically aiming to support.
