No infrastructure in place for that volume of houses south of the river Avon. All major roads, secondary schools, Grammar school, jobs, train stations are already in place on the north side of the river Avon. This would be detrimental to the small surrounding villages (Long Marston, Welford & Bidford) that become rat runs to travel to Stratford. Two of these villages host historical bridges that Struggle to cope with the current volume of traffic.
