Bearley development unsustainable.

Arable greenbelt destroyed.

Poor infrastructure. No existing shop, school, etc.

Station on development periphery, dangerous access across and on bend of A3400 with inadequate carparking.

Busy A3400 dangerously divides the area for pedestrians. Increased traffic would cause unsustainable bottleneck through Stratford across the Avon.

Increased traffic on minor road shortcutting to the motorway system through Bearley, nature reserve and Snitterfield unsustainable.

Uniquely, proposed development surrounds Bearley, causing rural nature totally unsustainable, destroying biodiversity and wildlife corridors. Additionally, Bearley has a large conservation area with many listed buildings.

Existing flooding problems within Bearley and Bearley Cross would worsen.
