The proposed houses will have huge light and privacy impact on existing houses due to its elevated nature.
It will dramatically alter the landscape of Stratford as the 1st thing you see driving in.
Flooding has already increased on Luddington Road and surrounding properties due to the roundabout construction this will be further impacted by development on the hillside with more run off.
Building on the hill will cause huge safety issues with traffic turning onto the hill with a blind crest. This will lead to accidents and potential fatalities. The area is totally unsuitable for development
