Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The local infrastructure, that barely manages the current demands, is inadequate to cope with an increase of potentially 32,000 people and 16,000 cars. Hockley Road is too narrow and twisty and its junction with A4177 is the site of regular accidents. The Chiltern Railway cannot cope with current demand (often only standing room) and the extension to Hatton Station will exacerbate the problem further causing people to prefer their cars. Population likely to be commuters as no local work. Destruction of green fields and hedgerows will drastically reduce wildlife habitats including pollinators vital to crops and local agriculture.
