The increase of heavy traffic and lorries will put too much additional pressure on the A4177 and the junction with the A46. The A4177 will become too congested with the traffic from this development adding to that from Hatton Park and the proposed B1 development causing huge queues to form backed up to Hatton Green and beyond (as happens already). Pollution from increased traffic will harm the health of residents and the destruction of the environment will reduce wildlife and pollinators vital to agriculture. This development will add to the parking problems in Warwick effecting traders detrimentally.
