No "exceptional circumstances" for greenbelt use, other sites are less challenged with better infrastructure (water, electricity, sewage, drainage, education, healthcare). Hatton station poorly served; capacity & physical access is restricted. Warwick, Warwick Hospital, Warwick Parkway and Budbrook Surgery already inaccessible along the Birmingham Road, and largely to be avoided. Increasing traffic from 8000 houses will exacerbate, and push traffic onto single track lanes. Precious historic countryside and quality farmland, full of wildlife, is unsuitable for housing development. We should not be degrading & urbanising this & the conservation areas around into a corridor of development. Madness.
