SG04 is a southward expansion of Kenilworth into the Green Belt. This with the upward expansion of Warwick with the proposed Loes Farm development Ref 93 and the potential sites within Leek Wootton leads to an urbanised corridor between the towns. It is a further unnecessary erosion of green belt which is primarily there to avoid such linking urbanisation and to ensure separation between Urban Centres. There is sufficient brownfield and other lands available to serve the housing needs. In addition when completed HS2 will release land which it currently occupies for construction but is not required for operational needs.
