I believe this site is not appropriate, and have outlined my reasons in the attached document.
The headings are:
Greenbelt - fusing two settlements and an inappropriate setting
Infrastructure - Until funding of infrastructure is addressed as a priority a site like BW should be excluded.
Sewerage and Community Facilities - these would be needed, but developers are reluctant to deliver on promises
Heritage - Mary Arden's Farm a globally significant G1 Listed Building would inevitably suffer damage
Flooding - with photos for evidence. Would affect surrounding villages, railway and canal.
