No "exceptional circumstances" for greenbelt use, other sites are less challenged with better infrastructure (water, electricity, sewage, drainage, education, healthcare). Increasing traffic around historic towns countryside and quality farmland, is unsuitable for development. We should not be degrading & urbanising this.
