Hatton is a rural area and community with limited infrastructure and road networks. Building a commercial buildings in this area will negatively impact the existing residents with regards to noise, pollution, congestion as well as damage to the natural environment that made people want to live here in the first place. Hatton is a green, rural community with a village school, not a commercial estate with a single road in and out. The recent build at Union View disrupted the local residents for a year, with huge congestion problems. There should be no further development in this area.
