Building such an amount of homes by major A-Roads is dangerous, putting lives at risk.
Unnecessary building on green belt land: leading to a reduction in bio-diversity, green spaces, and farmland.
This plan will overwhelm local services such as the NHS, schools, transport and water/electricity.
Local roads are overwhelmed as it stands - additional traffic benefits no one.
Risks of flooding to current roads and properties.
Increases noise and air pollution.
