Green belt land should not be built on unless no suitable alternative exists.
Land is in much needed agricultural use
Numerous public footpaths well used and enjoyed by residents and visitors
Home to a wealth of wildlife and plant life
Does not support sustainability as long walking distance from train station
Road network barely able to support existing use and would be severely congested by further development of the area.
Local infrastructure such as chools shops and health services would be severely impacted by large increase in demand.
