This comprises a New Town divided by the dangerous 3400 road. It will cause problems in the neighbouring village of Snitterfield with thousands more vehicles on the roads through.
The development is an unnecessary intrusion on green Belt Land.
Local infrastructure will be overwhelmed ie doctors and schools.
Protected trees, woodland and meadows will be destroyed.
This vast development will overwhelm Stratford on Avon.
