There is far too much emphasis on road improvements and little of consequence for public transport. The funds required for major improvements in rail services are way beyond the scope of a Local Plan, but should be key to where development is planned. A far more strategic long term tarnsport plan is needed. The SWLP is tinkering with trivia.
