This development will double the size of Studley.
Local lanes too narrow to cope with extra traffic.
Traffic congestion on the Slough /Node Hill, bottle neck at roundabout.
Local Schools although near to development are over subscribed.
The one GP surgery in the village cant cope with the population as it is now.
The loss of rural landscape, farmland, loss hamlet of Middletown and eventually Sambourne.
Run of water from a large development and its affect on the residents of Middletown.
