The proposed site of Long Marston is more suitable for a new settlement with the land lying dormant and the infrastructure can be put in place to support a new school, community centre, doctors etc. This can be linked to the A46 North relatively easy.
This is the best site which will not damage the community and ambience of The Historic town of Stratford and create a sort after location for those looking to move to the area.
