This development will create huge traffic issues for anybody using the Old Warwick road to access the A46 and the M40. It sacrifices green belt land and increases the spread of Warwick to the west into unspoilt countryside. Why not look to develop housing sites between Hatton and the A46 rather than in B1? Is SG07 and the Hatton Hill area not enough development? do you really need to spread down the Old Warwick Road towards Shrewley?
