Detrimental impact on wildlife, particularly a rare bat roost protected by legislation and on SSSI, classified for its rare species rich flora and fauna including 26 butterfly species.
Greenbelt shouldn’t be developed when other non-greenbelt options are available.
Bearley will be used as a cut through causing an exponential increase in traffic levels, risking lives.
Flooding already an issue, therefore this site is inappropriate for development; SWLP infrastructure report states flood prone sites shouldn’t be selected.
Infrastructure would be overwhelmed; inclusion of this site for its train station is flawed as the station is inadequate for a development this size.
