No exceptional circumstances to justify removal of greenbelt or physical boundary for redesignation. Other sites far more suitable. Reduce gap between Kenilworth and Leek Wootton/Beausale and extend Kenilworth boundary into countryside. Removal of active farmland.
Sustainability Report – SG04 is area with the 2nd lowest housing capacity yield of all spatial growth areas.
Local amentities overstretched and schools full.
Arden Special Landscape Area with historical significance as part of Kenilworth’s castle “Olde Parke”. Important views and openness across to Kenilworth castle.
