Harmful impact on protected SSSI woodland that also has a rare bat roost, lots of butterfly species and rich flora and fauna.
Loss of greenbelt, this shouldn’t be developed where non-green belt options are available.
The area floods terribly; totally unsuitable for housing. The site is clay soil which has no drainage properties. SWLP infrastructure report states flood prone sites shouldn’t be selected.
Existing infrastructure is deficient. The train station is inadequate for a development this size.
Road capacity inadequate for the increased volume of traffic and would significantly impact highway safety on A3400.
Development risks destroying our biodiversity.
