In summary, the proposed development we mean a loss of identity for the local areas, create a significant risk of flooding in lower Leam Valley, increase risks of accidents on roads and pathways due to poor infrastructure in a surrounding areas not just immediate area, impact negatively of the wildlife and agricultural activities and remove critical open access to current residents to free natural spaces for exercise and enjoyment and have yet another detrimental impact on the immediate area following HS2 impact currently being imposed.
