Superficially this would look appropriate, but ignores issues of flooding in the area, terrible public transport links (the service on the Stratford line is abysmal), and over-congested roads without the additional houses proposed as part of this scheme. It also ignores the last remnants of the green belt and associated wildlife (breeding red listed marsh tits, lesser spotted woodpeckers etc that are in the area proposed), and the damage that even current traffic loads (caused by developments on the north side of Stratford) are causing locally.
