Shipston already lacks green spaces and this proposed site reduces it further.

We need the recycling centre otherwise people will fly tip.

The road infrastructure, particularly the bridges are wholly inadequate.

Shipston has been flooded many times. This planned development will only increase that risk. Much of the Fell Mill site is in a flood plain. This will clearly increase the risk of flooding.

Shipston town centre a Conservation zone. The increased development will impact the area.

It's a stupid place to build houses. This development has not been thought through. Those who have proposed it should be ashamed.
