Biodiversity will be impacted, lack of infrastructure, more traffic, overcrowding, schools and lack of thought for wildlife and the impact of them having to relocate - to where? and the effects on the land - flooding, potential subsidence, and the fauna and flora impact. There is not enough here for the ones already living in the area, especially since the new Hatton Park development which is already putting pressure on resources and increased traffic.
