There is not the infrastructure around the proposed site to cope with 8000 new homes, bringing extra cars and people. This would also impact on local doctor's surgeries, hospitals, railway stations, roads, loss of green belt land. Warwick would not be able to cope with the extra population. There would be a great cost to to develop new roads, railway stations, schools, doctors, hospital, etc. There will have to be better roads and utility services before the work began. There would be decades of disruption for residents living in the area being developed.
Please use brownfield sites first.
