Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
I oppose the 6,700-home development as it lacks supporting infrastructure and jobs. Stratford is already growing rapidly, yet NHS services, schools, and roads are overstretched. The justification based on Bearley’s train station is flawed, as public transport is limited, leading to over 10,000 more cars on rural roads. This threatens children’s safety, harms wildlife, erodes village identity, and destroys greenbelt land. With existing brownfield sites available, this development is unnecessary and unsustainable, increasing congestion and damaging the environment. Stratford needs balanced growth, not urban sprawl that worsens local conditions.
