Wellesbourne already has enough housing for the local amenities. Any more will put a severe strain on sewage,doctors surgery,shops and schools. I moved here to get away from living in a town,and I do not want this to happen again!
Most of the land is prone to flooding,and you want to build on it? Ridiculous! There are better sites for housing elsewhere. Wellesbourne is large enough.
