I am concerned the plan includes building on areas currently in area of constraint e.g. Fell Mill or in the Feldon National Character Area and Buffer to the Cotswold AONB.

I am also concerned that the existing infrastructure does not support the expansion and there is no evidence that there are sufficient local jobs to support the increased population in a sustainable, Net Zero meeting, sustainable way.

However my greatest concern is that the proposed locations for building are in existing flood risk areas when all of the climate research predicts an increase in flooding and a higher general risk.
