The proposed light industrial development on our local farmland is deeply concerning. This project threatens to drastically alter our community's character. Increased traffic from heavy goods vehicles will overwhelm our existing road system, posing safety risks and causing significant congestion. The proximity to existing housing will expose residents to constant noise pollution and disruptive activity. Furthermore, the loss of valuable agricultural land undermines our local food security and green spaces. This development prioritizes short-term economic gains over the long-term well-being of our community and environment.
