The existing road network and adjacent lanes struggle to cope with the existing development ( and the expansion already taking place adjacent to Hatton park)
Access to and from Warwick will be even more difficult than it already is- the A46/ Budbrooke junction already struggles in spite of the upgrade completed recently.
This is supposed to be Green Belt - there are Brown site areas that are much more suited to support development.
