I object to this plan as follows;

The risk to the community due to building on a flood plain will be greatly increased as currently the Stour frequently bursts its banks when raining. The current sewage systems are also over capacity and this will make matters much worse.

The roads in the vicinty are totally unsuitable for the increase in taffc as many are single track roads and there is insuffient public transport to cater for the additional housing residents.

There are minimal employemnt opportunities in Shipston and the surrounding villages
