The local infrastructure could not cope with a development on that scale, there are no local jobs so nearly everyone living there would need to use cars to travel to work, school, college, hospital, doctors, shops etc. This would lead to traffic chaos on local roads, higher emissions causing air quality to suffer. Local bus & train services are very limited only running to & from Stratford to Birmingham Central. School places are extremely limited in Bearley & Wilmcote, GP facilities are extremely limited in the local area. It is generally a terrible idea.
