The quantity of proposed housing would completely destroy Hockley Heath.
No scope for additional traffic, section 278 works, drainage requirements for foul and storm, energy usage, schools or doctors to name a few.
Hockley Heath is already a drive through for motorway users when busy, the quantity of additional housing will make this permanent.
Also a huge loss of loved green space and wildlife habitat.
