This settlement will create extra pressure on public services such as hospitals. Warwick hospital has already declared a critical incident the added population will mean this will be a regular occurance creating a lower quality of life for locals. The added population will add more cars to the road increasing pollution, less safe, the road infrastructure will not be able to cope with the added cars. Less people will want to live here less tourism as people visit hatton due to it being in the countryside and the canal. Affect local businesses and not many trains stop at hatton station
