My objections start with the local ameneties not matching the curent population- An overprescribed high school without a 6th form. The current medical facilities have not kept pace with the last tranch of development.
Further- The Fell Mill lane site is an area of restraint on development ( ref 148 &747), Angelas Meadow sites areinside 3KM buffer zone of CNL.
Shipstons public transport is inadequate. Town or out of town roads will not cope with increased traffic. Narow bridges and lanes around sites will choke.
A lot of the proposed sites are subject to flooding.
Too few local jobs available.
