There is already regular discussion in Northend about problems on the hills due to visitor misuse. With the inevitable increased footfall on the hills, along with alteration to the views, you risk the nature of the country park being regretfully altered beyond recognition. A local, annual tradition, of the 500 year old 'Kimble' legacy, would be wiped out with this plan, destroying that local heritage. I also question the sense of housing so many more people close to a military base.
Finally, has consideration been given to road flooding? Already problematic due to the clay like soil in the area.
