I formally object to the proposed development on Site B1 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. My objections include the site's location in the Green Belt, which serves to prevent urban sprawl and preserve Hatton's character. The development could harm local biodiversity, reduce my ability to enjoy walks with my dogs. It would destroy farmland habitats. It would also strain local infrastructure, impacting residents' quality of life. I urge the Planning Committee to reconsider this proposal, prioritising the protection of the Green Belt, wildlife habitats, and necessary infrastructure. Thank you for considering my objections.
