Of all the sites put forward this is the least impactful on the local area, and provides the greatest potential benefit to new residents. The train station is in place and can support a much greater service than currently stops there, and access is good to birmingham and stratford for employment.

The settlement (as an expansion of Bearley and Wilmcote) doesn't "join" the villages to another larger settlement (e.g. stratford or leamington/Warwick) and as a result will have an identity of its own.
