This site has my support primarily as it reduces the additional burden of extensive new development on other areas of the county which have borne the brunt of development over the last 20 years e.g. Warwick, Leamington, Hatton and Stratford.

The site itself is rail connected although has no passenger services, and this could be reestablished.
