Lack of rail connectivity will lead to more cars, increased congestion (already ridiculous on some market days) and pollution.
The school, doctors and dentist are already at capacity.
Overdevelopment threatens village status and is of significant harm to the character of the landscape and local wildlife sites.
The brook and river are already flood risks and adding to the run off water I believe constitutes a threat not only to property but to life as a lot of old people live where flooding has previously occurred.
The loss of best, versatile land threatens food security.
