Impact on Green Belt & Countryside
This is a rural area with significant green spaces. Any development will encroach on the Green Belt, leading to loss of wildlife habitats & agricultural land. Loss of greenfield sites will harm local wildlife, biodiversity & ancient woodland.

Strain on Local Infrastructure & Services
Increased population will put pressure on already stretched services such as GP surgeries, hospitals, & schools. Road networks wont be able to cope with additional traffic.

Traffic & Transport Issues
More cars increasing congestion on local roads. Public transport options are limited, meaning residents will rely on cars, worsening pollution.
