Bearley and wilmcote are small villages, there is not the road infrastructure to support such plans. It would greatly increase traffic on an already busy road leading into Stratford upon Avon where there traffic is also blocked and backed up a lot.

The building of this many houses will also greatly Impact the Character and Landscape of these areas.
