This area together G1, SG13 and SG14 provides the opportunity for a major settlement with inherently excellent transport routes linking from Gaydon across to the Chiltern Line where a new station could easily be sited.

The area already supports high quality technical and engineering jobs through JLR, Aston Martin and other associated automotive businesses. There is ample space to develop this area to at least 8,000 homes and substantially relieve the pressure elsewhere.
