Overdevelopment of village which has already absorbed many houses.
The school, doctors and dentists already over subscribed,
Public utilities under strain - eg sewage etc.
Loss of farmland and negative impact on wildlife. Land will be lost forever.
Increased traffic - impact on health, safety and the environment.
