Hockley Heath is a small rural settlement in Solihull. The building of houses surrounding the village on all three siders will destroy the village. HH has had major flooding in 2021 and development outside will threaten housing. There cannot be a cohesive community when two councils and two parish councils deal with village issues.

It has limited infrastructure, no doctors surgery, no pharmacy, no secondary school. limited public transport. Any CIL s106 would have to be diverted to Solihull MBC and Neighbourhood CIL has to go to Hockley Heath Parish Council and not Lapworth.
