I object strongly to this plan.
This large a development will have profound negative impacts on the local area:
It will spoil the historic, rural nature of Wilmcote that tourists come globally to visit.
Important green belt and agricultural land will be lost forever, with great harm to the local environment.
Clear distinction between the area's settlements will be lost.
It will further strain local road and sewage systems that are already struggling to cope.
There have already been many developments in the area without sufficient increases in infrastructure and public amenities to accommodate them.
