I do not agree with the proposal as the road infrastructure is totally inadequate to support it and will create unacceptable congestion. The rail transport options proposed are weak and who would provide the funding of a new station.

It contravenes the CC Neighbourhood Plan and would create more noise and light pollution. It could turn The Greenway from a leisure and nature facility to a commuter route, which would be disastrous.

Much of the land is agricultural and we need as much of it as possible, not just to support farmers, but to provide our ever increasing food needs.
