I have watched my mother work hard to move us from estate living to our beautiful village of Wilmcote. The plan would encroach on green belt, leading to irreversible urban sprawl, where is the technical justification demonstrating that there are no other more sustainable locations? Wilmcote is of historical significance, due to its connection with William Shakespeare plus increased vibrations/pollution impacting a heritage asset - Mary Arden's Farm and many listed houses in the village. A desktop design does not take into account the narrow already gridlocked roads. Villages are already ratruns. drainage & sewage are already at/over capacity.
